Shipping Returns Policy
Your order will be shipped the next business day of your order (this can vary during holidays, weather delays, and other major inconveniences)
You will be sent a shipping confirmation email once your order has been received. It will contain your tracking number(s), where you’ll be able to track your order.
The shipping is free! The cost is added into the final price of the boxes, so no need to worry about paying for shipping.
You can expect from 2-5 business days (this can vary during holidays, weather delays, and other major inconveniences)
For now, we only ship in the U.S, but in the future we will let you know!
We do, but there is an extra charge of $25 for Alaska & Hawaii. For Puerto Rico, $10. Also, for people ordering in Puerto Rico, it will take longer for your order to be delivered.
Due to COVID-19, for safety reason, food items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than defective products. If that is the case, we will happily replace the item for store credit equal in value to the purchase price.
Snackever is not liable for damages or loses during shipping. If your order is missing something/is damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim (also please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim)
